4. Booking & Payment
Customers may be required to pay a booking amount to reserve a vehicle. This amount is non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Full payment must be made before delivery of the vehicle. Modes of payment accepted: NEFT, RTGS, UPI, cheque (subject to clearance), or cash (as per government limits).
EMI/Loan options are offered through third-party finance partners. Approval is at the discretion of the financer.

Test drives are subject to availability and customer ID verification.
Vighnaharta Motors reserves the right to refuse test drives without stating a reason.

6. Vehicle Warranty
Most vehicles are sold on an "as-is" basis unless explicitly mentioned as “Certified with Warranty.”
Warranty terms (if applicable) will be shared in writing at the time of purchase.
Vighnaharta Motors is not liable for any issues post-sale unless covered under written warranty.

7. Documentation & RC Transfer
We assist in vehicle ownership transfer (RC Transfer) with proper documentation.
RTO timelines and processes are subject to government policies.
Customers must provide all necessary documents and ID proofs for RC transfer.

8. Return & Refund Policy
Vehicles once sold will not be returned or exchanged unless agreed in writing.
Booking amounts are non-refundable unless a cancellation is initiated by Vighnaharta Motors.

Vighnaharta Motors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of use of this website or purchase of vehicles.
All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
